For over 35 years, Ricci S.p.A. has been in the real estate business, building and renovating hundreds of homes, offices and accommodation facilities. Ricci S.p.A. prefers projects that aspire to LEED certification levels. With the project on building 14 carried out for ESA ESRIN in Frascati (Rome), Ricci S.p.A. is the first Italian company to have contributed to a project that has achieved LEED PLATINUM certification in Europe.
