Among the top 40 construction companies on the Italian scene, Ricci S.p.A. firmly maintains its prominent position in the private market. Starting in 2023, the company has decided to expand its scope of operations by opening up to the public sector as well. This move demonstrates Ricci S.p.A.'s determination to seize new growth opportunities and expand its presence in the construction industry, further consolidating its position as a player.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

2022<\/div>

Ricci S.p.A. expands its market presence by opening up new perspectives. From General Contractor to Investor, sets his sights on an ambitious redevelopment project in the city of Rome. The \"Spazio Flaminio\" project is born. This expansion testifies to the company's growth and evolution, and confirms its willingness to diversify the business, for a future-oriented strategic vision. It also confirms its commitment and leading role as a trade union between business and culture, encouraging the promotion of projects aimed at the popularization of Art in synergy with the Capital's Art Academies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In May, Silvia Ricci was elected president of the Youth Group of Assimpredil Ance Milano-Lodi-Monza Brianza. This appointment gives Silvia Ricci, former Managing Director of Ricci S.p.A., the role of spokesperson for the commitments and values of the construction industry. With determination, it is committed to promoting care in transforming the land in which we operate, recognizing that the Art of Building should be a harmonious fusion of environment and man.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

In a special and important year for the entire nation, Ricci S.p.A. believes even more strongly in the values that have always inspired its actions, and because of this, it looks even more confidently to the future. The Board of Directors, consisting of Mario Ricci, Tullio Ricci and Michele Canditone, is strengthened and consolidated with the addition of Mario Sassi and Silvia Ricci. This latest entry, in particular, marks a very important milestone for the evolution in business continuity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

To respond to the new challenges of the construction and real estate market, a new corporate division dedicated to Hotellerie, Ricci H.D. - Ricci Hospitality Division - has been established to flank and complement the general construction division with specific professional skills dedicated to the hotel development sector.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

2004<\/div>

In 2004 there is a new change from the significant and established growth. The company is configured in its current corporate structure as a Joint Stock Company, and acquires increasingly challenging and prestigious orders from national and international clients, all in the private sector. It operates in the role of general contractor and, in that form, obtains contracts. Of special mention is the one acquired in the same year for Vodafone N.V., related to the \"South Europe Data Centre Consolidation\" in Milan. This is followed by realizations throughout Italy, with particular presence in Rome and Milan. A second operating office is established in Milan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

1996<\/div>

The company changes its legal structure to Ricci Costruzioni S.r.l. Always sensitive to the evolutions and new challenges of the market, in 1996 it consolidates its vocation aimed both at the realization of new construction and renovation works and in Facility Management activities. Acquires, first in Italy in the construction industry, ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. It later implemented its quality structure by obtaining the certifications: - OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System - ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. - SA 8000 Social Accountability International Standard<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

1986<\/div>

The Enterprise was founded on April 7, 1986, by Mario and Tullio Ricci, who were already active as professionals in the construction industry. Driven by a strong passion and ambition to \"Build,\" Mario and Tullio decided to found Ricci Costruzioni S.n.c. Their entry into the construction industry is marked, in the beginning, by the construction of residential buildings, which was immediately succeeded by the construction of one of the first shopping centers, \"Il Narciso,\" on the outskirts of Rome.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
