The works relate to the architectural-plant engineering  renovation of existing areas used as offices of CISCO SYSTEM ITALY, located on the 1st floor of the building in Via del Serafico, 200, Rome.

The office is divided into 3 wings with a central reception desk. The intervention concerns the renovation of 1, 2 and 4 wing, in which a new layout is planned with modifications and adaptation of the spaces to the new requirements of the Client.

The work to be carried out is the extraordinary maintenance of the Malaspina Sporting Club sports facility. It will include redistribution, new layout of interior spaces, refurbishment of fixtures and systems, structural works with the insertion of a lift and the opening of a skylight of the first floor attic. The works will be performed both inside the buildings and outside, limited to terraces, swimming pools, paddle courts.

David Lloyd Leisure (DLL), the leading European group in the field of fitness and health, has signed an agreement with the Malaspina Sporting Club of Milan that will determine the entry into the Italian market with the first property structure in our country.

The design and extraordinary maintenance intervention involves the complete renovation of all the floors of the building, with the exception of the canteen area. The building, built between 1960 and 1968, has a complex shape with additions on a rectangular lot,  as a skeleton structure with pillars and beams in reinforced concrete, brick walls, cement mix floors and flat roofs. It is developed a T-shaped installation on a rectangular lot, the building has the main view on the course of Porta Nuova towards which it rises with two wings on a central portion, completed by a terrace.  The central block rises an eight-storey longitudinal body to the site, intended for offices and ends with a lower-height block facing Via Cernaia. The building also includes 2 underground floors mostly consisting of technical and logistics premises. The property will be certified according to the V4 for Core and Shell protocol, GOLD level, so the whole design process will be targeted, in addition to attention to the containment of energy consumption, also to meet the requirements set by the protocol Leed.  (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).

The building subjected  to energy redevelopment is a  part a of a larger complex housing estate,  located in Rome,  between the  Cristoforo Colombo street, Piazza Elio Rufino  and Viale Tor Marancia. This building dates back to the 1960s and it consist of a single factory with a vast underground and ten foors ment for storey office.

The project consists of the design, renovation and new construction of 25 railway stations on the network of the Province of Rome for the technological enhancement of Italian railway lines.

One or two storey technological buildings will be built adjacent to the stations, with underpasses – for pedestrian crosses – in reinforced concrete.

Work is to be done at Hotel Gioberti, the property is located in the historic centre of Rome, via Gioberti, 20 and is surrounded by residential buildings, hotel and business activities.

The Hotel Gioberti is located on the corner building between Via Gioberti and Via Turati; The hotel is six storey building, for a height of approximately 30.50 mt.

The hotel is accessible by pedestrian Gate located at street number 20.

The intervention consists of the maintenance of Hotel Gioberti in its architectural features:

  • the deconstruction and subsequent reconstruction of the roof;
  • refurbishment of all facilities at the service of the hotel structure, including the replacement of the machines in the roof;
  • a new distribution of room environments - with all the building works that follow;
  • the refurbishment of the bathrooms;
  • restoration of façades;
