L’intervento riguarda il risanamento conservativo di una struttura alberghiera situata nel pieno contesto della città storica di Firenze;

I lavori sono finalizzati al restyling delle camere, dei bagni e dei corridoi di tutti i piani e di tutte le parti a comune del piano terreno e seminterrato. Sono previsti lavori di trasformazione e modifica degli impianti idro-sanitario, dell’impianto termico, impianto elettrico, tv e satellitare, impianti speciali, impianti elevatori. Si prevede la demolizione e la ricostruzione di tramezzi non portanti, manutenzione di pavimenti e rivestimenti murali, controsoffitti; si prevede la demolizione di pareti portanti con relativa realizzazione di cerchiature metalliche, demolizione e ricostruzione di porzioni di solai. Opere di completamento come verniciature e tinteggiature pareti e soffitti, oltre alla movimentazione degli arredi fissi.

The project concerns architectural reorganization works and plant engineering of the internal spaces of the building located in via Delù, n. 2-12 in Padua, in order to make them functional to the new intended use: University campus.The project foresees the retraining of the whole immovable property and its transformation in lodgings for students and for tourism for a general number of 204 places bed. All apartments have a living area, a kitchenette and a toilet. The vertical connections are guaranteed by n. 2 stairs that connect the floors from the ground to the ninth and two staircases that connect the basement with the ground floor. Furthermore, n. 3 lifts, two of which connect all floors from the basement to the ninth and one serves the larger floors from the ground to the second.
In the basement there are the plant premises, the laundry room, the local computer facilities, a bicycle storage area, support rooms (man and woman changing rooms for management personnel, depots, maintenance rooms, etc.), archives and deposits.
The project also foresees the retraining  of all the external façades of the building, in order to maximize the energy efficiency of the building. The facades are treated with a continuous and coplanar outer coat; The existing covering is insulated and covered with galvanized sheet, after the skylights necessary to illuminate the new rooms of the ninth floor have been inserted.

The interventions of transformation of the immovable property located in Florence in Via dei Cerretani 6 / n, 28 / r, 40 / re 44 / re in via Ferdinando Zannetti 1, concern the general exploitation of the ownership and affects all floors above ground (with almost integral exclusion of the plain earth occupied by the bank branch and Feltrinelli bookshop). The design and extraordinary maintenance intervention involves the complete renovation of all the floors of the building, with the exception of the canteen area. The building, built between 1960 and 1968, has a complex shape with additions on a rectangular lot,  as a skeleton structure with pillars and beams in reinforced concrete, brick walls, cement mix floors and flat roofs. It is developed a T-shaped installation on a rectangular lot, the building has the main view on the course of Porta Nuova towards which it rises with two wings on a central portion, completed by a terrace.  The central block rises an eight-storey longitudinal body to the site, intended for offices and ends with a lower-height block facing Via Cernaia. The building also includes 2 underground floors mostly consisting of technical and logistics premises. The property will be certified according to the V4 for Core and Shell protocol, GOLD level, so the whole design process will be targeted, in addition to attention to the containment of energy consumption, also to meet the requirements set by the protocol Leed.  (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
